Rates:

October - May = $1,000/week.

 June & Sept = $1,500/week.

 July & August = $2,000/week.

 Minimum Stay: 3 nights October thru May at $150/night.  (2 nights:  $175 per night)

Holiday weekends $175/night

 Plus $250 refundable damage deposit

 Usual arrival & departure on Saturday
